School workshops available: What secrets are hiding in our foods?

Amics de la Terra, with funding from the Caixa Colonya Guillem Cifre foundation, is offering free workshops about food to schools across Mallorca. New project to involve tourists in the conservation of Serra de Tramuntana

Amics de la Terra has initiated the new project Initiatives for the Contribution of German Tourists to the Conservation of the Serra de Tramuntana, financed by the German Federal Environmental Foundation (DBU) and in coordination with BUND (Friends of the Earth Germany) and BTE (a German tourism consultancy). Around 20 Amics de la Terra members visited the Capvespre Centre at the Sóller Cooperative to find out firsthand about olive tree cultivation and olive and olive oil production.
